According to Cointelegraph, Elon Musk has agreed to pay $1.5 million to settle a case filed by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) accusing him of failing to disclose his Twitter holdings in a timely manner in 2022. The SEC pointed out that Musk failed to disclose in a timely manner when his shareholding exceeded 5% as required. Musk has not admitted to the allegations.
