Cuban Foreign Minister Rodriguez stated on the 5th that US Secretary of State Rubio's statement that "Cuba has not been subjected to an oil blockade" is a "lie". He pointed out that on January 29th, US President Trump signed an executive order threatening to impose ad valorem tariffs on goods imported from countries that provide oil to Cuba, resulting in only one ship transporting fuel arriving in Cuba and suppliers being intimidated and threatened.
