I really hope the crypto space can get better, but right now, I don’t see any hope. The world is being transformed by AI, yet there isn’t a single real AI project in the crypto space. It’s all scam projects, and I think the biggest core reason for the current state of the crypto space is the lack of proper regulation. Scamming is just too easy, and no one genuinely wants to build something meaningful. No one believes in any of the narratives in the crypto space anymore. I remember back when the U.S. stock market had its first AI rally, AI tokens in crypto like $ARKM, $FET, etc., actually followed along. Now, they don’t follow at all because everyone knows it’s fake AI. Back in the day, during the World Cup, there were sports tokens that could 10x, but now no one even talks about them. Storage tokens used to get hyped too, but now, even with the stock market’s storage sector rallying hard, the crypto space hasn’t kept up at all. So, people no longer believe in the narratives of the crypto space. If three years from now, the crypto space is still playing around with meme coins, that would be pretty sad. In the long run, 99.9% of tokens in the crypto space will go to zero because most of their value is propped up by consensus. Once people stop believing, they’ll go to zero.
