[B2C2 Obtains MiCA License in Luxembourg, Can Provide OTC Trading Services Across the EU] According to The Block, B2C2 has obtained a crypto asset service provider license issued by the Luxembourg Financial Sector Supervisory Commission, allowing it to offer regulated services under the EU MiCA framework. This license enables B2C2 to use MiCA's passporting system to provide over-the-counter spot trading services to all EU member states and three European Economic Area countries. B2C2 stated that this makes it the first global OTC liquidity provider to obtain a CASP license. Previously, B2C2 was registered as a virtual asset service provider in Luxembourg in 2024.
