BIT's U.S. stock business adopts an Omnibus IB structure, with all orders cleared and custodied by licensed clearing institutions in the United States. BIT has established partnerships with three U.S.-licensed institutions: Clear Street, RQD Clearing, and Atomic Vaults Securities (AVS). Backed by $1 billion in funding, Clear Street processes an average of 550 million shares and $28.4 billion in nominal trading volume daily. The multi-institution parallel clearing structure diversifies platform operational risks and enhances the stability and continuity of trading.
