Benchmark: Market underestimates the value of Metaplanet's acquisition of Siiibo Securities

Benchmark stated that the market underestimated the significance of Metaplanet's acquisition of Siiibo Securities, which helped Metaplanet launch Bitcoin backed bonds Bitbonds and build a tokenized fixed income market. The acquisition of Siiibo Securities enables Metaplanet to obtain a first tier financial commodity trading license in Japan for the design and issuance of securities products. This plan belongs to the Metaplanet Project Nova strategy, which aims to transform the company into a financial infrastructure provider with Bitcoin at its core. Benchmark maintains a buy rating for Metaplanet stocks with a target price of 405 yen.
