Honestly, being able to smoothly adjust your mindset really requires a subjective premise. That is, if you bought ETH at just over 1500 or BTC at just over 60,000 (like me), or even slightly higher, it’s no big deal. But if you jumped in later, like at 1900 for ETH or 70,000 for BTC, or even higher, then you might inevitably face some psychological barriers.
