According to Bloomberg, Wall Street is lowering the threshold for converting large BTC holdings into ETF shares through in-kind creation. This allows investors to maintain Bitcoin exposure without selling BTC first and transfer assets into the traditional ETF system. BlackRock reduced the minimum transaction size for such conversions from the initial $25 million to $1 million in July, with its IBIT completing over $5 billion in such conversions to date. Bitwise also lowered its threshold from $100 million to the current $3 million. Morgan Stanley stated that these conversions account for 5%–7% of its $560 million spot Bitcoin ETF (MSBT) holdings, while 21Shares reported an average transaction size of around $5 million for similar trades over the past three months. This mechanism has now been extended to ETH and SOL products as well. https://(wublock123.com)/news/wall-street-lowers-btc-to-etf-minimums-bitwise-min-size-3m-67180
