bitcoin:native I’m starting to suspect that $BTC hitting $80K wasn’t a breakout, but just a stress test. Over the past 9 trading days, BTC ETFs saw inflows of over $3 billion, pushing the price from $60K+ all the way to $80K. But yesterday, for the first time, there was a net outflow of $202 million, and $BTC immediately dropped back to around $77K. The more critical factors are: the 10Y Treasury yield is approaching 4.73% again, the dollar is strengthening, and the Nasdaq is starting to pull back. I’m not rushing to buy the dip right now. If $76K-$77K holds + ETF inflows resume, I’ll continue to view $80K as just a consolidation phase. But if ETFs keep flowing out and $76K breaks— Then this $60K → $80K move might have already completed its first stage. The next big green candle isn’t what matters; what matters is where the next ETF money comes from.
