Capital B has completed a financing of 7.6 million euros, subscribed by Adam Back. This financing was raised through private placement of stocks with warrants, with a total of approximately 13.1 million shares issued at 0.58 euros per share. If all the warrants are exercised, it will result in a capital increase of 49.4 million euros and the issuance of 52.724 million ordinary shares. The financing income can increase the holding of 376 BTC, bringing the total holding of Capital B to 3521 BTC.
