Circle CCTP adds support for fast transfer and prepaid transaction fees

The Circle Cross Chain Transmission Protocol CCTP supports fast transfer and prepayment of transaction fees. Developers can pre quote and charge transaction fees through native Gas tokens or USDC on the source chain before the transfer is executed, ensuring that users receive the expected amount of USDC. This feature already supports all EVM chain USDC transfers covered by CCTP, and currently does not support transfers initiated from Solana. Transfers to Solana are supported.
