Cosmos Hub recovers 1.227 million ATOMs, funds are held in custody by multiple signing addresses

Cosmos Labs has revealed that on September 22nd, a governance attack occurred on Neutron, resulting in 1.73 million ATOMs being transferred to Cosmos Hub. After the network was restored, 1.227 million ATOMs were transferred to a 4/6 multi signature address hosting consisting of Nansen, Kepler, Enigma, Silknodes, Kiln, and Polkachu. Previously, about 500000 ATOMs had been exchanged for ETH and could not be recovered, while another 169000 ATOMs were transferred to Osmosis for sale. The 1.227 million ATOMs held by the current multi signature address can only be returned after being authorized by the Cosmos Hub governance proposal.
