Bitget resumes ETH withdrawals, plans to resume USDT withdrawals on September 30th

Bitget has resumed ETH withdrawals, with a net inflow of 651 ETH in the first hour. The exchange is restarting in stages to deal with a $387.5 million hacker attack and plans to resume USDT withdrawals on September 30th.
