Storage stocks like SNDK and MU moving this way isn’t surprising at all; What you’re seeing is just noise. The only real reason is that the previous rally was too aggressive and went up too much, too fast. The time frame was too short, and the consolidation wasn’t enough. Let’s take Micron as an example: From late June to late July was the first adjustment phase (A), late July to late September was the second adjustment phase (B), and from late September until now is the third adjustment phase (C). This C phase could break below the low of A, or it might not. After C ends, we’ll likely see a big rebound or a new rally. This drop in Micron is similar to NVIDIA (NVDA) back in April 2025. After the dip, there’s a high probability it’ll shine again.
