[Strive Prices SATS Preferred Shares at $90, Plans to Raise $630 Million, Partially for Bitcoin Purchases] According to a report by CoinGape on October 18, as reported by Jinse Finance, Strive has priced its expanded SATS preferred share issuance at $90 per share, aiming to raise approximately $630 million in total proceeds to further purchase Bitcoin and meet other corporate needs. The company stated that part of the funds raised will be used to acquire Bitcoin and related products, but it did not disclose the specific amount allocated for acquisitions. The new shares are designed with a 15% annualized cumulative dividend based on a par value of $100 per share, and investors can subscribe at $90 per share. Starting November 9, the company plans to distribute dividends on each business day (subject to board approval), with unpaid dividends continuing to accumulate. At settlement, assets equivalent to $22.5 per share, representing approximately 18 months of dividends, will be reserved. In the capital structure, existing SATA preferred shares and outstanding debt take precedence over SATS. Prior to the fundraising, Strive increased its Bitcoin holdings twice this month, acquiring a total of 6,133 BTC at a cost of approximately $235 million. According to BitcoinTreasuries.net, the company now holds 35,595 BTC, ranking fourth among publicly listed companies in Bitcoin reserves, following Strategy, Metaplanet, and Twenty One Capital.
