IoTeX mainnet completes Zanzibar hard fork, staking rewards changed to on chain distribution

IoTeX mainnet completes Zanzibar hard fork. According to the IIP-59 proposal, voter staking rewards are calculated and distributed directly on chain by the protocol during each reward cycle, without the need for off chain services or intermediate links. Anyone can verify each payment directly from the chain. The first on chain distribution will take place tomorrow. Zanzibar strengthens the consensus mechanism by verifying the ownership of delegated keys, preparing for subsequent BLS signature aggregation.
