Solana governance vulnerability fixed, does not affect SGP-0002 proposal outcome

Asymmetric Research has revealed a vulnerability in Solana's on chain governance program svmgov, which may prevent independent voting by principals when validators do not participate in voting. The Solana Foundation was informed on July 10th and completed the mainnet repair on August 3rd. If the vulnerability is not fixed, the approval rate of SGP-0002 proposal will decrease from 67.00% to 66.65%, below the threshold of 66.67%. The vulnerability was fixed before the August 24th vote and did not affect the approval of the SGP-0002 proposal.
