The US SEC will end its public opinion solicitation on the proposed Regulation Crypto Assets rules on Tuesday, receiving approximately 140 comments within 60 days, of which 6 were submitted anonymously. The opinions cover safe harbor clauses and small issuance exemptions. The MiCA Crypto Alliance supports the modification of disclosure requirements and suggests defining the concept of cryptocurrency assets, and Anthony Scaramucci expressed support for these rules.
