Maeda Eiji: Bank of Japan expects to raise interest rates every three months
Former Executive Director of the Bank of Japan, Eiji Maeda, stated that the bank expects to raise interest rates every three months, with the next rate hike expected in December, followed by a rate hike in March or April next year. Maeda Eiji believes that there are risks associated with consecutive interest rate hikes, and the Bank of Japan has reason to avoid raising interest rates at consecutive meetings. (Source: Jin Shi)
