SpaceX signs $40 billion GPU financing lease agreement with Apollo Global Management.

According to SEC filings, SpaceX has entered into a master finance lease commitment with Apollo Global Management, under which Apollo Global Management will purchase GPU clusters and related equipment and lease them to SpaceX. The total principal amount of the lease is expected to reach $40 billion, and the lease arrangement is scheduled to commence in the first half of 2027.
