Birch Hill has raised $4 million in seed funding, led by Multicoin Capital, with participation from ParaFi Capital, Castle Island Ventures, and Nascent, bringing its total funding to $6.5 million. Birch Hill is the official Vault curator for the lending protocol Morpho and has applied for broker-dealer status with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). It plans to securitize and put multi-family residential, agricultural, and energy loans in the US on the blockchain and met with the SEC's Cryptocurrency Working Group in August. (Source: Decrypt)
