Gemini co-founder Cameron Winklevoss stated that Zcash does not need a redesigned governance mechanism, as privacy is its core objective, and called for an end to the interference caused by Zcash Community Grants (ZCG). Previously, Winklevoss Asset filed an S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for its Winklevoss Zcash ETF, intending to list it on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol WINK, with Gemini Trust Company serving as custodian.
