HIVE subsidiary signed a $129 million credit agreement to purchase NVIDIA GB200 GPUs.

BUZZ Alpha Cloud, a subsidiary of Bitcoin mining company HIVE Digital Technologies, has signed a $129 million fixed-rate credit agreement with an annual interest rate of 9.0%, a term of three years, and a loan-to-value ratio of approximately 80%. The financing will be used to purchase 2,303 NVIDIA GB200 GPUs and related infrastructure to fulfill a three-year contract with Cohere, totaling $165 million, with delivery expected by the end of the fourth quarter of 2026.
