The market didn't suddenly rebound in a V-shape. It took 11 hours from the initial drop to the rebound. The key is your judgment of the market here. As I mentioned in yesterday's live stream, my judgment is that this will likely continue for the next two weeks. This week will either be the bottom, or there will be another drop before next week's bottom. I can't pinpoint the exact location or timing. But here, I'm taking a gamble, buying in first and then figuring things out later. Because the current price is 5-13% away from my profit target, I'll consider it as buying back my previous position. If BTC, ETH, and SOL both show Bollinger Bands (LL), I'll choose to cut my losses and exit, waiting for a further drop before going long again. So today, after the initial drop, BTC was hit hard. But after observing for an hour, I went long again. I managed to profit from the price difference, then placed a stop-loss order and wait for my plan to execute. Trading is inherently uncertain; every trade is a gamble against various uncertainties. Trading is indeed difficult, but that's part of its allure. When placing a bet, I'm also anxious, unsure if it will be profitable. It's not like I can confidently say, "Hey, I told you it's the bottom, just hold on." But you have to stick to your plan. If the plan is reasonable, then cutting your losses is the right thing to do. It's just that now that the market is up, my mental state is a little better, a little more relaxed.
