Binance Co-CEO Richard Teng stated that Binance is rebuilding its withdrawal service and will reopen it after passing security tests, aiming to resume withdrawals by November 1st. Binance is conducting security audits of its terminal devices, cloud services, key management, and transaction signature system, and plans to release a full proof-of-reserve report on November 2nd. Currently, Binance's deposit service has resumed, but withdrawal service remains suspended.
