The 10 ETH erroneous payment made by THORChain has been refunded to the user, and the vault has regained its solvency.
On October 31, an Ethereum single-block reorganization caused THORChain to erroneously pay out 10 ETH. The automatic solvency check mechanism was triggered, suspending ETH swaps. Node operators subsequently suspended ETH transaction signing and all related chain transactions. The 10 ETH has since been returned by the user, and the vault has regained its solvency.
