The People's Bank of China, the State Financial Regulatory Commission, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission held a symposium and announced optimizations to the swap facilities for securities, funds, and insurance companies, increasing the number of participating institutions and reducing swap fees. The stock repurchase and shareholding increase relending policy has been changed from a phased arrangement to a long-term institutional arrangement, and the relending rate has been reduced from 1.25% to 1%.
