The Sky protocol plans to implement several adjustments in the Osero Spell on November 19th, connecting the Ethereum mainnet with the Osero liquidity layer on Base, and enabling USDC cross-chain transfers through the Circle Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP). This upgrade plan involves integrating the Osero x Gauntlet USDC Prime Vault (Morpho Vault V2), managed by Gauntlet, onto Base, initially allocating USDC funds. The proposal involves seven adjustments on the Ethereum mainnet and Base, including enabling CCTP functionality on both chains, configuring cross-chain USDC transfer limits, setting up a Base-side permission management mechanism, and integrating the USDC vault.
