The first batch of DTCC tokenization services supports 25 securities with underlying asset sizes of approximately $30 trillion. The tokens correspond 1:1 with the original securities and use the same CUSIP. Official ledger records are kept by DTC. DTC registered wallets can carry out all-weather point-to-point transfer, tokens have compliance transfer restrictions, and treasury bond bond dividend and maturity services are carried out on the chain. The first batch of supporting assets include Russell 1000 constituent shares, some ETFs and US treasury bond bonds. The online networks are CIP-56 of Canton Network and ERC-20 of Besu, the private network of DTCC, SEP-41 of Stellar and ERC-20 of Arc of Circle, which are expected to be accessed in 2027.
