On October 24, the Blockchain Association sent letters to Senate Majority Leader Thune, Minority Leader Schumer, House Speaker Johnson, and House Minority Leader Jeffries, pushing for digital asset tax legislation and launching the website taxclarityforamerica.com to help users contact lawmakers. The association's demands include establishing exemptions for small-value crypto transactions, treating eligible stablecoins as cash, and taxing mining and staking rewards upon disposal. The Blockchain Association cited data stating that 67 million Americans hold or use digital assets.

The Solayer Pay app now supports direct deposits of USD stablecoins to card balances from five networks: Solana, Ethereum, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, and Base, without the need for cross-chain bridges or exchange intermediaries. Users can choose the network where the token is hosted and credit their Solayer Pay balance for purchases using virtual or physical cards. Solayer claims the product already has over 45,000 cardholders. Solayer Pay was launched in April 2025 under the name Emerald Card.
