BNB community members invited Binance founder CZ to register an account on the Genius App and interact with the community, claiming that over 10,000 BNB community users had already joined the application. CZ replied that the team had invited him to open a public account, but he had explicitly declined because he would receive a large number of spam donations. CZ revealed that he has downloaded Genius to view it, but has not yet made any transactions. He emphasized that he is not a trader, but simply accumulates and holds top-tier tokens for the long term. Genius is a project invested in by YZi Labs, with CZ serving as an advisor.

Nick Timiraos wrote that if Democrats control the Senate, Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Warsh will face obstacles in personnel appointments and may have to work with existing governors. The Democratic-controlled Senate poses a constraint on Trump's efforts to reshape the Federal Reserve. Currently, a majority of seats on the Board of Governors are held by other presidents and are not vacant; future nominees must be confirmed by the Democratic Senate. Last year, Stephen Milan's confirmation and Mickey Bowman's promotion to Vice Chairman for Bank Supervision both received no Democratic votes, and Kevin Warsh himself only received one Democratic vote from Fetman.
