Former FBI agent Patrick Steven Yaroch pleaded guilty on November 5 to wire fraud and money laundering charges. Prosecutors allege that Yaroch used wallet credentials collected during FBI investigations to steal approximately $2.47 million in cryptocurrency. Yaroch used credentials related to 35 independent investigations to make approximately 100 fraudulent transfers. Affected wallets included those of the investigated parties, those controlled by hostile state actors, and at least one wallet created by the FBI for operations. His actions damaged numerous investigative and intelligence sources and means. Yaroch is scheduled to be sentenced on March 4, 2027, and faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.

Hyperliquid Strategies announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, with a net income of $621 million.
