Binance is restoring more network and asset withdrawal services, with the next phase of withdrawals expected to open on November 3rd. The zero-knowledge proof for Binance's reserve snapshot at 08:00 on October 31st has been generated, and users can verify their BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD, and ZEC balances. Binance plans to generate a new round of reserve snapshots on November 4th; the complete zero-knowledge proof is expected to take 40 to 50 hours to generate. Currently, Binance has completed approximately 95% of the affected assets recovery; the remaining 5% will require more time to purchase, and Binance will bear the full loss of the stolen funds.
