The NYSE has added Broadridge, Computershare, Equiniti, and Superstate to its network of transfer agent partners to support issuer-sponsored tokenized securities. Equiniti has agreed to be acquired by Bullish, and these four entities will join the network along with Securitize and tZERO. The NYSE's planned tokenization platform, announced in January, is not yet live; the trading venue will launch it after regulatory approval. This plan is independent of OKX and ICE Markets' TSV projects, which are subject to SEC innovation exemptions.
