On November 3, analyst Murphy stated that since Binance reopened withdrawals on November 1, the BTC balance has decreased from 732,000 to 711,000, a total outflow of 21,100 BTC, representing less than 3% of the total balance. Binance currently still holds $139.7 billion in on-chain assets, of which BTC and USDT account for nearly 60%, BNB for 18%, and ETH for 6%.
