The State Council's report on financial work was submitted to the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress for deliberation. The report proposed implementing a moderately loose monetary policy, exploring the application of artificial intelligence in financial management and services, increasing support for technological innovation and small and micro enterprises, accelerating the construction of a cross-border RMB payment system, and normalizing the real estate whitelist mechanism. The report disclosed that from October 2025 to September 2026, total social financing increased by 33 trillion yuan, and 88 A-share listed companies raised 247.2 billion yuan in initial public offerings.
