Kraken will use Chainlink to replace LayerZero for cross chain implementation Foresight News reports that according to CoinDesk, Kraken will replace LayerZero with Chainlink to achieve cross chain asset management. Kraken stated that last month's $292 million cross chain vulnerability in the liquidity re collateralization agreement Kelp exposed risks to traditional cross chain infrastructure. Chainlink's Cross Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) will become the exclusive cross chain service for Kraken's encapsulated encrypted assets, including its encapsulated Bitcoin kBTC. Kraken's migration covers multiple blockchains including Ink, Ethereum, Unichain, and Optimism, and will support more blockchains in the future. \Previously, platforms such as Kelp, Solv, and Re have also undergone similar migrations.
