Keystone, a hardware wallet, suffered unauthorized access to its official website, resulting in the leakage of some users' personal information.

On October 20th, hardware wallet Keystone discovered unauthorized access to its website. After verification with Shopify, it was confirmed on October 23rd that a third party had obtained customer names, contact information, shipping addresses, and order details. Payment card information, mnemonic phrases, private keys, and wallet passwords were not compromised. Keystone has blocked access, fixed the vulnerability, and launched an investigation. Affected users are being notified via email, and users are reminded to be wary of scams impersonating Keystone and never provide their mnemonic phrases or private keys to anyone.
