Galaxy Research claims the Bitcoin garbled inscription was the result of automated script testing.

Galaxy Research points out that over the past three weeks, approximately 40 inscriptions composed of random letters have appeared daily on the Bitcoin network; these are not cryptographic information. Galaxy Research analyzed 562 texts and found that the frequency of the 26 English letters appeared between 3.6% and 4.2%, which differs from the normal distribution of English text. On-chain transaction behavior exhibits automated characteristics, with each transaction containing one input, one change address, and one OP_RETURN data output; the longest transaction chain reached 86 transactions.
