Cynthia Loomis: Democrats voted against including crypto fundraising cap in the Clarity Bill

Cynthia Loomis stated that Democrats had requested lowering the annual fundraising cap for cryptocurrency regulation from $75 million to $50 million and adding a $200 million lifetime cap. These provisions were included in the CLARITY Act, but Democrats subsequently voted against it.
