Notice Regarding the BBX System Upgrade and Maintenance

Dear BBX Users,

To further improve the performance, stability, and security of the BBX system, BBX will conduct a major infrastructure upgrade on August 22, 2026 (UTC+8). BBX trading and related services will be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade, which is expected to take approximately four hours.

1. Maintenance Schedule

- Start Time: August 22, 2026, 08:00:00 (UTC+8)

- Estimated Resumption Time: August 22, 2026, 12:00:00 (UTC+8)

- The actual resumption time may be earlier or later depending on the progress of the upgrade.

2. Affected Services

The following services will be suspended or affected during the maintenance period:

- BBX website access, login, and registration

- Spot, futures, and other trading services

- Order placement, order cancellation, and order inquiries

- Deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers

- Display of market data, assets, and positions

- Other related system functions

Deposits and withdrawals submitted but not completed before the upgrade will continue to be processed after the system resumes.

This upgrade will not affect user assets or existing positions. Open orders submitted before the maintenance will remain valid after the system resumes and will not need to be placed again.

During the maintenance period, the system will not accept new requests to place or cancel orders, adjust margin, or transfer funds.

3. Important Reminders

To reduce potential risks arising from market volatility during the maintenance period, users are strongly advised to complete the following actions before maintenance begins:

1. Review and appropriately manage open orders and futures positions;

2. Add margin or reduce positions according to individual risk tolerance;

3. Complete any necessary deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers in advance;

4. Safeguard account and transaction-related information.

4. Service Resumption

After the upgrade is completed, BBX will gradually restore the affected services. The specific resumption time and order in which services reopen will be announced separately through the BBX official website and official social media channels.

If the maintenance schedule or arrangements change, BBX will provide updates as soon as possible. Please rely only on information published through official BBX channels and beware of any unofficial resumption notices or purported “upgrade compensation” offers.
