Announcement on the Completion of the BBX System Upgrade and Service Restoration

Dear BBX Users,

The upgrade of BBX’s system infrastructure and related components has been successfully completed, and all related services have resumed normal operation.

Spot and futures trading, order placement and cancellation, deposits and withdrawals, market data and asset data services are now available. Deposits and withdrawals submitted before the upgrade but not yet completed will continue to be processed.

To ensure normal use, please:

- Log in again or refresh BBX;

- Check your orders, positions and asset data.

If you experience delayed data or any other issues, please contact BBX official customer support. Thank you for your patience, understanding and support during the system upgrade.
