BBX Expands Multi-Chain Deposit and Withdrawal Support

Dear BBX Users,

To further improve the multi-chain deposit and withdrawal experience and provide users with more flexible and convenient asset management options, BBX has expanded its supported deposit and withdrawal networks.

In addition to the existing support for USDT and USDC deposits and withdrawals on Arbitrum One, BBX now supports the following networks and assets:

• Ethereum Mainnet
  • ETH
  • USDT
  • USDC
• BNB Smart Chain (BSC)
  • BNB
  • USDT
  • USDC
• Bitcoin Network
  • BTC

Following this update, BBX users can deposit and withdraw BTC, ETH, BNB, USDT, and USDC across multiple major blockchain networks. Users can select the appropriate network based on where their assets are held, enabling more flexible transfers in and out of BBX.

When making a deposit or withdrawal, please ensure that the asset, network, and address are fully matched. Transfer rules may vary across different blockchain networks. Selecting an incorrect network may result in assets not being credited or received properly.

Deposit and withdrawal processing times are subject to confirmation times on the corresponding blockchain network.
