Recently, BIT (formerly Matrixport) subsidiary RWA tokenization platform Matrixdock completed its fourth consecutive independent reserve audit for a six-month period. This audit continued to be conducted by the international inspection and certification organization Bureau Veritas and included the tokenized silver product XAGm as part of the audit scope. This audit covered the underlying precious metal reserves of XAUm and XAGm, marking Matrixdock's consistent and ongoing independent verification process for two consecutive years, further improving its reserve transparency system.

Two Years of Independent Verification, Continuously Improving Reserve Transparency System
According to information released by Matrixdock, this marks its fourth consecutive six-month independent reserve audit and the second consecutive year conducted by Bureau Veritas.
Matrixdock stated that continuously having the same independent auditing institution conduct verification helps establish a stable and consistent verification process, allowing the audit institution to gain deeper insight into its reserve structure and more easily identify potential anomalies in the future. As tokenized assets gradually integrate into financial infrastructure, long-term trust comes not just from a single audit, but from a stable, ongoing verification mechanism.
Matrixdock calls this system composed of multiple layers of verification the Reserve Transparency Stack, which continuously provides verifiability of the underlying assets of the tokens for holders.
Audit Scope Expanded to XAGm, Completing Physical Verification of Precious Metal Reserves
According to Bureau Veritas's audit results, this audit performed a physical verification of the precious metal reserves held by Matrixdock and confirmed that the reserve assets are consistent with Matrixdock's records.
This audit covered 574 gold and silver metal bars from LBMA (London Bullion Market Association) certified refineries, stored in three institutional-grade vaults:
●Malca-Amit Singapore (audit completed on July 3, 2026)
●Brink's Hong Kong (audit completed on July 8, 2026)
●Brink's Singapore (audit completed on July 15, 2026)
During the audit, all precious metal bars were weighed and measured individually. Compared to the audit for the second half of 2025, this audit added 26 gold bars, and the scope extended to 66 silver bars.

As of the audit date, XAUm (tokenized gold):
●Total of 508 gold bars audited;
●Corresponding gold weight of 16,331.184 troy ounces;
●Total circulating supply of XAUm is 16,331.179 tokens, of which:
EVM chain: 11,242.657 tokens;
Sui network: 2,677.413 tokens;
Solana network: 1,575.248 tokens;
Stellar network: 771.552 tokens;
●At a gold price of $4,046.86/troy ounce, the corresponding asset value is approximately $66.09 million.
This independent reserve audit also covered XAGm (tokenized silver). As of the audit date:
●Total of 66 silver bars audited;
●Corresponding silver weight of 65,934 troy ounces;
●Total circulating supply of XAGm is 65,998.551 tokens, of which:
Ethereum network: 33,004.219 tokens;
Sui network: 32,990 tokens;
●Current ozPerToken is 0.999021918;
●At a silver price of $61.24/troy ounce, the corresponding asset value is approximately $4.04 million.
The audit results showed that all precious metal bars have been individually verified against the relevant vault records, with no discrepancies found. As of the audit date, the reserve assets of XAUm were consistent with the circulating token quantity; the reserve assets of XAGm remained consistent with the circulating token quantity when applying the corresponding ozPerToken value.
From Periodic Audits to Continuous Verification, Reserve Transparency is Becoming an On-Chain Financial Infrastructure Capability
In addition to independent reserve audits conducted every six months, Matrixdock continuously discloses monthly reserve asset reports, on-chain proof of reserves for precious metal products, and a Gold Allocation Lookup tool, enabling holders to inquire about the mapping relationship between specific gold bars and corresponding tokens, actively verifying underlying assets rather than relying solely on periodic audit results, creating a continuously updated transparent record.
Matrixdock stated that it will continue to assess the possibility of collaborating with global third-party service agencies in the future, further enhancing the asset-level verification capabilities of off-chain reserve assets while ensuring customer privacy.
When the underlying reserves continue to remain in a verifiable state, the reserve assets will further be able to participate in more on-chain financial scenarios such as institutional fund management, financial applications, and lending markets. As tokenized assets gradually evolve from asset mapping tools into financial infrastructure, the ongoing verifiability of the underlying reserves is also becoming an important foundation for measuring the quality of reserve assets. This marks the fourth consecutive completion of a six-month independent reserve audit, reflecting Matrixdock's long-term commitment to continuously building the on-chain financial Reserve Layer.
