Between September 14 and September 20, Strategy spent a total of $75.7 million, purchasing 950 Bitcoins at an average buying price of about $79,670, without selling any shares on the market through ATMs during this period. As of September 20, $MSTR's bitcoin:native holdings increased to 846,000 coins, with a total acquisition cost of about $63.8 billion and an average holding price of about $75,416.
In the past week, MSTR also spent $174 million to repurchase 1,771,238 shares of $STRC, with an average repurchase price of about $98.24 per share. The funds used for buying Bitcoin and repurchasing STRC this week all came from existing dollar cash, totaling approximately $249.7 million.
After the repurchase, the priority share repurchase plan currently has a remaining quota of $875.1 million, while the MSTR common stock repurchase plan has an additional quota of $1 billion.
This week, MSTR also utilized $57.4 million of reserves to pay for preferred stock dividends and debt interest. As of September 20, the dollar reserves used to support these two payments amounted to $5.04 billion, along with an additional $1.05 billion in cash available for purchasing Bitcoin, replenishing dollar reserves, and other capital management purposes, totaling approximately $6.09 billion.
