This evening the market has pulled back some, mainly due to the PMI data and the rise in oil prices following statements from Iranian leaders. The PMI shows that the U.S. economy is doing very well, and the market believes this will weigh heavier on the Federal Reserve's maintenance of high interest rates, possibly making the Fed more hawkish. As for oil prices, they are undoubtedly the main reason for rising inflation, so with this double impact, both U.S. stocks and bitcoin:native have seen a pullback.
Although the market is currently a bit uncertain, it does not seem to be due to very significant reasons. After all, the most crucial factor right now is the Chinese leader's visit to the U.S., which should be happening during the day. This time, no business team was brought along, indicating that the discussions are likely to be more focused on political matters. The market is paying attention to whether Xi Jinping can persuade the U.S. and Iran to reach a reconciliation.
Trump has still been vocal lately. At the United Nations meeting, when Trump spoke, Iran left, and when Iran spoke, Trump left. This attitude does not seem like they are prepared for negotiations, which is also the reason oil prices have begun to rebound. The hope now is whether a third country can at least help to ease the situation in the Strait of Hormuz.
Today, I bought Bitcoin at $83,000, which expires at 4 PM tomorrow. It looks like there is a bit of risk, but this price is below my average price, so I bought it anyway. After buying, I will aim to sell at a higher price. I don't think the price issue is a big deal.
