Fluent Network is an Ethereum-based layer 2 (L2) network designed to support "blended execution" of multiple virtual machines (VMs) - integrating EVM, SVM, and Wasm at the execution layer. This is achieved through rWasm, which serves as an intermediate representation and also as the virtual machine for Fluent Network. On Fluent Network, developers can use almost any VM and any programming language for on-chain development with almost zero friction.
