2、Approximately 33.0% or HK$329.0 million will be used to support the research, development and optimisation of Micro‑OLED and Micro‑LED display driver backplanes;

3、Approximately 10.0% or HK$99.7 million will be used for strategic investments or acquisitions to capture future development opportunities;

4、Approximately 10.0% or HK$99.7 million will be used as working capital and for other general corporate purposes.
