Creality is a leading global manufacturer of desktop 3D printers. Its product portfolio encompasses FFF 3D printers, filaments, resin 3D printers, 3D scanners, laser engravers, slicing software, and Al-driven software platforms, among others.

1、Approximately 30.0% or HK$382 million is expected to be invested in R&D to enhance technological capabilities, support long‑term innovation, and maintain competitiveness in the global consumer‑grade 3D printing industry;

2、Approximately 25.0% or HK$318 million is expected to be used for overseas user operations, specifically for the construction and operation of Creality Cloud and Nexbie;

3、Approximately 25.0% or HK$318 million is expected to be used for global brand promotion and sales channel development;

4、Approximately 10.0% or HK$127 million is expected to be used to seek strategically complementary partnerships, investments or acquisitions in line with corporate strategy;

5、Approximately 10.0% or HK$127 million is expected to be used as working capital and for other general corporate purposes.
