Fox reporter: SEC will include encryption in its 2025 exam priority list

Odaily Planet Daily News: According to Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett's disclosure on X platform, the US Securities and Exchange Commission has included encryption in its 2025 exam priority list. Eleanor Terrett stated that the only cryptocurrency assets that can currently interact with the SEC in a regulatory role (rather than an enforcement role) are BTC and ETH ETFs.
